 (O/T) RIP
Every club has heroes, but very few have legends.
Our old rivals from years ago, Sutton United, have lost one of theirs, as their former captain & later manager John Rains has passed away, reported after a short illness, at the age of 57.
I doubt if anyone from Sutton reads this forum, but my thoughts are with his family, & their Club.

 Re: (O/T) RIP
Very sad news. He was one of those players I think everyone would have liked to have at their own club. Built some good teams as a manager at several different clubs too, including Molesey when Martin Eede was chairman there, and of course his brother Tony was briefly our assistant manager around ten years ago.
