Post What should a new DHFC ground look like?
With the speculation around a new Hamlet ground, if you had the time and money to build an ideal one for the club yourself what would it look like?

I think something like Champion Hill right now, Id just add some stuff. Id pop a roof running over all the stands, Id also add steps to make proper terracing all the way around. The bar/club house is pretty good already so I wouldnt change that, and we seem to have enough seats in the Tommy Jover. Id re-paint the seats to reflect the club colours, instead of the blue/grey they are now. I dont know exactly how but Id try to improve the security of the ground as well.

So in the end we would just end up with a suped-up champion hill 2.0.

terracing behind the goals like at bishops stotford and tooting would look good.

IF I had the time and money I'd demand one designed in the style of Antoni Gaudi's Casa Batlló: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casa_Batll%C3%B3

Thankfully you don't have the money! ;-)

If I had the money to build a new ground I would buy the current one & keep us where we are.

Minimum must be some cover behind both goals, as we should have at the current ground!
